1. Information we process
Depending on the services authorized by a merchant, we may process company and contact information, shop identifiers, product data, order and fulfillment data, settlement summaries, content and creator performance, advertising performance, technical logs and authorization credentials. We do not intentionally request payment-card details or consumer passwords.
2. Purposes
We process information to provide store operations, content and creator collaboration, reporting, analytics, integrations, workflow automation, security, troubleshooting and support. We do not sell merchant or consumer data.
3. Authorization and legal basis
Platform data is accessed only after a merchant's explicit authorization and is limited to the agreed service purpose. Where applicable, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent or another basis permitted by applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with authorized personnel, infrastructure and technology providers, professional advisers, competent authorities, or another party at the merchant's instruction. Providers receive only the information required to perform their services.
5. International processing
Our company is based in China and may process data across borders. We use reasonable contractual, organizational and technical measures for such processing and follow applicable platform requirements.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for the service period and any necessary legal, security or dispute-resolution period. We apply access restrictions, credential protection, logging and data minimization. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, merchants and individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, objection or withdrawal of consent. Platform authorization may also be revoked through the relevant platform account.
