Merchants and individuals may request deletion of data associated with Suian services, subject to legal retention requirements.
How to submit a request
- Email jason.lcy.bd@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Provide your name, company, shop identifier and the platform concerned.
- Describe the data or service that should be deleted.
- Complete reasonable identity and authority verification.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify authority, identify applicable systems and delete or anonymize eligible data. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes, and will explain any applicable exception.
Revoke TikTok Shop authorization
A seller may revoke an application through the relevant TikTok Shop Seller Center authorization or app-management interface. Revocation stops future authorized API access but does not automatically replace a deletion request.
